Internal- FAQ Add New

This form is used to add NEW FAQs. If you want to EDIT EXISTING FAQs, please visit https://helpflow.net/internal/faqs-edit/.
  • For example, "DRILLS", or "ROVI" - Enter this in all caps and use the customer code provided to you.
  • Describe the question a visitor might ask.
  • Describe how we should handle this question. If there is a specific response you want us to use, "enter that in quotes like this".
  • This is the type of question this is. For example, anything about the cost of shipping, shipping time, etc. would be category "Shipping".
  • Enter 3-5 broad keywords that would be helpful to find this FAQ in our database. We'll add to this when reviewing the FAQ submission.
  • Where did this FAQ edit come from? Describe it so that Senior or Lead Agent can review that source if possible (i.e. customer feedback email, chat@helpflow.net reply, chat ID #, etc.)
  • This is used to keep track of which HelpFlow Agents or team members submit this FAQs, as customers have their own FAQ update form.
