Internal- FAQ Edit Existing

This form is used to suggest edits to EXISTING FAQs. If you want to add NEW FAQs, please visit
  • Copy and paste the customer code.
  • Copy and paste the Question of the FAQ to be edited. This is used to quickly find the FAQ in our database.
  • Describe the edit requested for this FAQ. A Senior or Lead Agent will use this description to make edits to the existing FAQ content.
  • Where did this FAQ edit come from? Describe it so that Senior or Lead Agent can review that source if possible (i.e. customer feedback email, reply, chat ID #, etc.)
  • This is used to keep track of which HelpFlow Agents or team members submit this request, as customers have their own FAQ edit form.
